OP360 Continues Expansion with Biggest Davao Site

OfficePartners360 (OP360) holds the turnover ceremony and media launch for its second and biggest site in Davao City, Philippines. Located at the Diamond Tower in Damosa, I.T. Park, this new site signals the further expansion of the company’s operations at strategic locations worldwide.

Plans to open another site began shortly after the OP360 team first launched in Davao City as they saw firsthand the skills and experience Davaoeños bring to work. Eager to continue honing local talents while supporting global clients, the team leveraged their partnership with Damosa Land to find the most suitable space for their growing community in Davao.

OP360’s Diamond Tower site covers three floors and will accommodate approximately 1,029 seats. Its modern industrial design includes an exciting range of facilities, including a boardroom, client lounge, pantry, and recreation areas for employees to enjoy.

In a separate statement, OP360 President Ben Roberts expressed optimism for this massive project. “Our sites in Davao have the potential to generate up to 1,500 job opportunities for many Filipinos by 2023. That in itself is a major milestone in the OP360 history, and one that we share with our valued partners,” said Roberts.

Ricardo Lagdameo, President of Damosa Land, said “We congratulate OP360 for their newest milestone this year, and we can’t wait for the opening of their office here in Davao. This is definitely a win for the local BPO industry and a boost to the economy as well. It’s a true testament to our viability as a powerhouse city.”

Meanwhile, Jose Bantiling, CEO of Trends and Concepts Total Interior Solutions, thanked OP360 for trusting his team to design and build their new site. “We are very proud to be a part of this project. As their design and build partner, we are excited to see the site come alive as we incorporate OP360’s local identity into the design brief. On behalf of Davaoeños, we thank OP360 for bringing in more jobs and trusting in the talents of Filipinos,” said Bantiling.

OP360’s Senior Vice-President for Global Finance May Jesseth Sy-Nalus and Director for Legal and Compliance Atty. Tess Tan along with partners Cary Lagdameo, President of Damosa Land; Jason Valderrama, CEO of JCV & Associates Project Management & Development, Inc.; and Bantiling led the ceremonial signing and ribbon cutting.
