Bridgeport Park continues to gain momentum in 2026, with several major milestones achieved during the first half of the year. The structural completion of its third residential building marks another significant step in the project’s development, while the second building was formally blessed, signaling its readiness for occupancy. Overall project completion stands at 75% as of early July, reflecting steady progress toward Damosa Land’s vision of creating a vibrant waterfront community within the larger Bridgeport estate in Samal Island.
The year also saw the continued turnover of residential units to homeowners. As of June 2026, 33 of the 66 condominium units in Building A have been officially turned over to their owners, while 12 of the 77 units in Building B have likewise been turned over. Each completed turnover represents another family beginning a new chapter within Bridgeport Park, where thoughtfully planned residences are complemented by open spaces, leisure amenities, and the natural beauty of Samal’s coastline. As the residential community grows, it lays the foundation for the larger mixed-use destination that will eventually include commercial spaces, hospitality offerings, and recreational attractions.
Beyond the residential community, the wider Bridgeport estate continues to expand its lifestyle and event offerings. Construction of the Bridgeport Amphitheater, one of the estate’s dedicated event venues, has reached 63% completion and remains on track for turnover this August. The new venue is expected to welcome participants and spectators of the Damosa Land 5150 Triathlon Samal on September 20, further strengthening Bridgeport’s position as a premier destination for sports, tourism, and community events.
With Building C progressing toward its targeted completion in December 2026, Bridgeport Park continues to move closer to Damosa Land’s vision of a premier marina community where residents can enjoy a distinctive island lifestyle anchored on connectivity, leisure, and long-term value.

Ongoing construction of Building C, with target completion by December 2026.
