Damosa Land Lights Up the Complex and Continues Its Holiday Gift-Giving

When the ber months begin, the Philippines transforms into something magical. As early as September, homes light up with Christmas décor, families gather to set up their trees, and the spirit of giving quietly fills the air.

At Damosa Land, this spirit has grown into a cherished tradition. What began as a simple gesture of sharing blessings has blossomed into an annual commitment to bring joy to communities in need—strengthening the company’s role as a developer that values people, community, and culture.

Now on its fifth consecutive year, Damosa Land—together with Don Antonio O. Floirendo, Sr. Foundation, Inc. (AOFF)—continues its mission of extending support through donations and meaningful entertainment during the Christmas Lighting Ceremony at the Damosa Complex.

For this year’s celebration, held last November 12, 2025, we welcomed three partner social welfare organizations: the House of Hope Foundation for Kids with Cancer, Foundation of Balay Pasilungan, Inc., and SOS Children’s Village Davao. The evening was made even more special with performances by Tawag ng Tanghalan finalist Ralph Angelo Merced and the USeP Chorale, filling the event with music, warmth, and hope.

Our key tenants, Altitude and Cloudstaff, also joined hands with us by contributing in-kind donations for our partner beneficiaries—showing that community support becomes even stronger when more hearts come together.

Today, the Damosa Complex has once again become a well-loved holiday destination for Davaoeños, glowing as a “starry night” landmark for the 2025 Christmas season.

The display will continue to shine brightly as we welcome the new year with gratitude, joy, and the promise of more meaningful initiatives ahead—another testament to how Damosa Land continues to build not just developments, but strong and connected communities.
