Role Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveying Supervisor to join our team full-time, on-site in Davao City. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing cost estimations, budget management, and value engineering across our horizontal and vertical projects. This position is critical in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellent quality.
Qualifications
Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering
Must have 3–5 years of experience in both horizontal and vertical construction projects
Proficient in AutoCAD, with strong attention to detail
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, structural design tools, and other related software
Practical and solution-oriented, with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Able to work effectively under time pressure
