Role Description
We are looking for a Creatives Lead to join our team full-time, on-site in Davao City. This role will be responsible for managing and executing creative strategies that support Damosa Land’s branding, marketing, and communication efforts. The Creatives Lead will collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop visually compelling content and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Design, Communications, or a related field
Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or creative roles
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and SketchUp
Strong visual and conceptual thinking abilities
Experience in branding, content development, and visual storytelling
Knowledge in photography, videography, and post-production is a plus
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and work closely with cross-functional teams
