Ameria’s 100th House Turnover: A Gift to Last a Lifetime

Ameria’s 100th House Turnover: A Gift to Last a Lifetime

Every milestone in Ameria is a story of family, love, and new beginnings. As the community welcomed its 100th homeowner – the Mostrales family – this occasion was marked with an extraordinary gesture: a home passed down as a gift, a legacy of care, and a reminder that family is where every journey begins.

Home is more than just a structure—it’s a promise parents make to their children that no matter where life takes them, love and support will always follow.

For young couple Xyzie and Marielle, that promise has taken shape in the form of a new house in Ameria, given to them as a wedding gift by their parents.

“Didto lang namo na bal-an [sa wedding]. Wala mi ga-expect. Na-surprise jud mi. Nag-share naman si Mama namo ato nga ipadayon nalang lagi, pero wala mi kabalo nga iyaha najud diay gi-dayon ug kuha. Happy and thankful jud mi,” the couple recalled.

Xyzie and Marielle Mostrales shared that although they knew their mother was interested in purchasing an Ameria unit, they only confirmed it on their wedding day–and the surprise still left them overjoyed.

Even as children grow up and build their own lives under a different roof, the light and love of parents continue to shine through, offering warmth and shelter in all of life’s seasons. This milestone–the 100th home turnover in Ameria–beautifully embodies that sentiment.

First Choice of Home

Xyzie’s mother, Giselle, recalled that back when Agriya was still under construction, their family supplied signages and other marketing collaterals for the ongoing development, then. Her husband, James, often spent long hours inside the township, personally overseeing the installation of these signages.

So when James and Giselle were introduced to Ameria, it struck the perfect balance for them: an exclusive community that remains easily accessible to the essentials of daily life.

“Duol sa mall, palengke. Dili sila maglisod. Kung dalan, wala pa kaayo traffic ang Panabo,” James shared.

Sam, the six-year-old son of Xyzie and Marielle, is especially thrilled to explore Ameria’s top-of-the-line amenities, from the newly built playground and outdoor fitness park to the inviting swimming pool.

With Sam’s birthday just around the corner, the family is looking forward to filling their new home with laughter and love–starting with a celebration for their little one.

Agriya’s Growing Residential Community

Nestled in the heart of Panabo, within the premier landscape of the Agriya township, Ameria stands as the city’s first exclusive subdivision.

And while Ameria has now sold out all its units, Damosa Land proudly introduces Agriya Gardens—the township’s newest residential community and Panabo’s second exclusive subdivision. Located within the 88-hectare Agriya masterplan in Davao del Norte, Agriya Gardens continues the vision of offering families a distinctive way of living.

Like Ameria, Agriya Gardens champions sustainable living, shared green spaces, and the spirit of close-knit neighborhoods.

It is this kind of intimate community that made the Mostrales family feel instantly at home—especially after discovering that a family friend lived just a block away.

Poised to become a model of future-proof living in the region, Agriya Gardens seamlessly blends sustainable design, wellness-focused planning, and long-term investment value.

With 404 lots spread across 13 hectares and unit sizes ranging from 150 to 234 square meters, it represents the next step in Damosa Land’s commitment to building purposeful, people-first communities.
