Seawind by Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) celebrates two milestones today: the blessing of Tower 4 and the topping off for Tower 5.
Looking back, DLI topped off for Tower 4 just last April 2019 with 229 units completed to date. On the other hand, Tower 5 has 214 units built, which is set to be completed in May 2020.
Ricardo F. Lagdameo, DLI First Vice President, boasts of how ahead of time the construction has been going.
“It shows that we are sticking to our timetable, and of course, our commitment towards our customers. When we tell them that their units will be ready at a certain time, as much as possible, we try to stick to those deadlines,” Lagdameo stated.
He further boasts of the construction of both Towers 5 and 6 as ahead of schedule.
“What we’re happy about Tower 5 is that we’re 2-3 months ahead of schedule. And that means we’re ahead of our original timetable. Even with the last tower, Tower 6, we’re also a few months ahead of schedule. Of course, what that means is that we can deliver our commitment to our buyers,” Lagdameo added.
Most of the buyers of Seawind range from young to seasoned professionals, with start-up families and OFWs as the main market.
Seawind started development in 2014 and was officially launched in August 2015. The target completion date of the entire project is set by the end of 2020.
“It’s also really important for real estate companies to promise something to your buyers that you should deliver,” Lagdameo reiterated.
Seawind, a 6-tower condominium project of DLI, is located in an elevated area in Sasa with a spectacular view of the Davao Gulf. It has allocated only 25% of the entire development to building spaces, while 75% is dedicated to open living spaces such as the clubhouse, pocket parks and walkways, which evokes a resort kind of living.
Seawind will also have a commercial complex with a public transportation terminal that will conveniently provide the basic services and items that the community needs.
