Job Description:​

• Achieve the required monthly sales quota.
• Follow all activities mandated by the Sales Manager.
• Create a solid base network of clients.
• Market all Real Estate products of Damosa Land Inc. only
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, mortgages and related matters.
• Promote projects through advertisements, open houses, roadshows and the like.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspection of projects.
• Prepare necessary documents and contracts.​

Interested applicants should have the following qualifications:​

• A graduate of any 4-year course.
• Experience in Sales or Real Estate Industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Pleasing personality.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Competitive and goal-oriented.
• Willing to be trained and is a fast learner.
