Job Description:

  • In-charge of managing and ensuring that the company’s online collaterals (website, social media, etc.) are user-friendly and optimized; in-charge of the interaction with customers online
  • Support marketing manager in organizing and sustaining various online marketing projects or digital campaigns and attend to them to facilitate their success which strengthen the market position of the company using online media
  • Prepare and deliver online promotional presentations based on new trends
  • Write marketing literature and other contents for the company’s online presence thru online media
  • Undertake daily related administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Other tasks that are relevant to the department

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good understanding of office management and online marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and people skills with high tolerance to pressure
  • Knowledge in photography and videography plus graphics and video editing is an edge
  • Good experience in managing website, social media and all online collaterals, including ways to troubleshoot simple technical issues
  • Good Skills in SEO and other online marketing techniques to gain following
  • Ability to write content is a good advantage
  • Good skills in photography, videography, photoshop and adobe premiere is an edge

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of related experience as a marketing assistant

Graduate of BS or BA in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related course
