Job Description:

  • Assist in organizing promotional activities and traditional and digital campaigns and attend to them to facilitate their success
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) and other contents to augment the company’s presence in the market
  • Support marketing manager in organizing various projects
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Communicate directly with clients and the press and build trusting relationships

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills with high tolerance to pressure
  • Knowledge in photography and videography plus graphics and video editing is an edge

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of related experience as a marketing assistant
  • Graduate of BS or BA in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related course
