Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the project including sales, marketing, construction, property management, legal (permits and licenses), and financial (P&L and credit and collection) aspects
• Develop project concepts and conducts studies to assess business viability
• Conducts financial and market analysis to identify target markets
• Ensures brand integrity and project commitments are protected
• Conducts site inspections to verify the work reported accomplishments and keep up to date on the project’s physical status

Requirements:

• Highly analytical person and person of good moral character
• Knowledgeable in financial management, specifically, cash flow analysis, project mobilization, marketing and sales management
• At least 1 year experience as Business Development Manager/ Project Development Manager or 3 years experience as Assistant Business Development Manager / Assistant Project Development Manager in the property / real estate industry or equivalent
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in either Civil Engineering, Finance, Accountancy, Business Management or equivalent
