1. Achieve required monthly sales quota.
2. Follow all activities mandated by the Sales Manager.
3. Create a solid base network of clients.
4. Market all Real Estate products of Damosa Land Inc. only
5. Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, mortgages and related matters.
6. Promote projects through advertisements, open houses, road shows and the like.
7. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspection of projects.
8. Prepare necessary documents and contracts.
Skills, competencies and qualifications:
• A graduate of any 4-year course
• With good communication skills.
• With pleasing personality.
• With good interpersonal skills.
• Competitive and goal-oriented.
• With experience in Sales or Real Estate Industry.
• Willing to be trained and fast learner.
