Damosa Land Excellence Awards Night 2015
Once again, Damosa Land Inc. treated its top-performing employees for 2014 to a night full of rewards and surprises at this year’s Damosa Land Excellence Awards Night.
Formerly known as the Annual Sales Awards Night where sellers and brokers were recognized, Damosa Land has now chosen to extend their accolades to all departments and affiliate employees.
“As Damosa Land added another milestone project with the launch of Seawind this year, there are more reasons to celebrate and give back. We feel that it is just right to also recognize other outstanding employees who have worked equally hard with the sellers and brokers in achieving our goals for 2014. This has been a team effort from the start.” said Cary Floirendo Lagdameo, VP for Damosa Land.
Seawind is Damosa Land’s condominium development located at Kilometer 11, Brgy. Sasa that was launched last July 2015, following the huge success of its first residential venture, the upscale subdivision Damosa Fairlane. Damosa Land rewarded its top employees with cash incentives, round-trip plane tickets to international destinations, travel kits, mobile phones, and plaques of appreciation.
Jumar Galdo, who was awarded as Sales Manager of the Year, was in high spirits. “I am grateful that I’ve been awarded several times. But beyond the incentives, it is the company’s acknowledgement of my performance that made me really happy. It motivates me to do better each year.”
The Property Specialist of the Year awardee, Jerard Amada, expressed his gratitude. “I am very thankful that all of my hardwork has paid off and so much more. I feel overwhelmed knowing that the efforts I put into my work are highly appreciated.”
Aside from the sales team members, the company awarded various Damosa Land employees from the finance and accounting, sale administration, marketing and events, and corporate communications departments. “As the organization continues to grow, it is essential that proper credit is given to those that have helped spurred this growth. We want highly motivated employees working for Damosa Land. This is one way to reward their enthusiasm,” said Cary Lagdameo.
The Damosa Market Basket Atrium was transformed into an elegant mini-ballroom as attendees dressed up to the 1950s and 1960s – themed party. Everyone took delight in the hearty dinner buffet and an assortment of thirst-quenching cocktails, while the live band music complemented the groovy vibe of the evening.
Damosa Land is the real estate and property development company of the Anflo Group of Companies – the company that is responsible for developing business and lifestyle-oriented commercial center, Damosa District.
