Davao, a hot property in the Philippines now

Director for research and advisory at Colliers Philippines, Julius Guevara said that the increase in development in Davao is the effect of Manila’s decrease in take-up. Damosa Land, a homegrown developer, has risen to the occasion. Its first condominium project, Seawind, has sold out four of six towers after its launch in 2015. Now that it’s tower 5 is almost sold out, Damosa Land is ready to launch its 6th tower by the end of the month.
