Damosa Land Inc. bags another Global Recognition
DLI got the nod of high profile judges to be included in the Circle of Excellence for CNN Philippines’ Executive Leadership Team of the Year, side by side with major brands and companies such as Megaworld, Toshiba and VXI.
The Asia CEO Awards is an annual award-giving body that aims to recognize this years’ biggest and leading business ventures in the country.
Damosa Land Inc., one of the leading companies in real estate development in the Davao Region, has been pioneering numerous “real estate firsts”, from residential development to industrial parks, IT parks, flexible work spaces and mixed use development.
DLI’s first residential project, Fairlane by Damosa Land, is considered one of Davao City’s most successful residential projects and was awarded Best Residential Project in the City by the Philippine Property Awards as well as Highly Commended for Best Landscape Design.
DLI has also evolved from developing horizontal to vertical residential projects such as Seawind, a six-tower condominium sitting on a 2.7-hectare property. The project was likewise given a highly commended award by the Philippine Property Awards for Best Residential Development in Davao and has recently won the Asia Pacific Property Award 2018 for the Condominium Philippines category.
ANFLO Industrial Estate Corporation (AIEC), the special ecozone that is managed by DLI is now 65% sold out for phase 2. AIEC accommodates agro-industrial and light manufacturing companies as it is strategically in Panabo City. The industrial estate offers land and ready built factory buildings or warehouses for sale and lease in various sizes to suit the clients’ needs. Their inauguration will be on January 2019.
As for Damosa Land’s commercial operations, all their leasable spaces have been fully occupied.
Continuing to expand, DLI is preparing to develop its new township project in Davao del Norte, Agriya in Panabo City. Dubbed as the first agro-tourism city in Asia, this 88-hectare mixed-use development will be composed of residential, commercial, tourism and institutional components. It will house the University of the Philippines Professional School of Agriculture and the Environment, an extension campus of UP Los Baños.
