Seawind, a six-building condominium project of Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) in Davao City is faring well in the market with almost all of its 1,161 units for Towers 1-6 already sold.
Of the total number of units, remaining inventory is 129 units which proves the development is facing brisk sales.
DLI has announced to hold the inauguration of Tower 1 and turnover of the 165 units to takers on August 28. A fashion show by the Davao Fashion Design Council (DFDC) will highlight the inauguration. Marga Nograles will showcase her creations in the show.
The low-rise development in the northern part of the city boasts of its panoramic location on a 2.86 hectare property in Km 11 Sasa facing the Davao Gulf and the Island Garden City of Samal (IGACOS).
Tower 1 will house Studio units, 2BR units, 3BR units and Loft units. Meanwhile, Tower 2 is expected to be completed in September this year. Construction of Tower 3 has started and target date of completion is by third quarter of 2018.
Seawind is the latest testament to what DLI is capable of. Each tower consists of eight floors complete with a clubhouse, a pool, parks, play areas and a commercial strip right outside with a public transportation terminal.
Aside from the Seawind condominium, DLI is also currently completing its first horizontal venture, the upscale Damosa Fairlane subdivision, located in a seven-hectare area within the central part of the city.
DLI, one of the biggest local real estate firms in Mindanao, is the real estate and property development arm of the Anflo Group of Companies. It is responsible for developing business and lifestyle oriented commercial center Damosa District that houses the Anflocor Corporate Center, Damosa Gateway, Damosa Market Basket, Damosa Business Center and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority-accredited Damosa IT Park.
